Business process automation
Someone in your business spends a day a week copying data between a form, a spreadsheet and an accounts package, and everyone accepts it as normal.
What we do
How we handle it.
Most small businesses have three or four jobs that are pure copying and pasting. They are quietly expensive and reliably error-prone. We find them, automate them and give the time back.
What’s included
- A review of where time actually goes each week
- Power Automate and Microsoft 365 workflows
- Approval flows for quotes, invoices and holiday requests
- Connecting systems that do not talk to each other
- Automated onboarding for new starters
- Scheduled reports delivered without anyone building them
- Document generation from templates
- Training so your team can adjust it later
Good to know
Three things worth knowing before you ask.
We start with the boring one
The best first automation is the dullest, most repetitive task you have. It is the easiest to get right and the one people thank you for.
Payback, calculated first
We estimate the hours saved before we build. If a job takes twenty minutes a month, it is not worth automating, and we will say so.
Built on what you already pay for
Most of this is possible with the Microsoft 365 licences already sitting on your account. No new subscription required.
Questions
Automation, answered.
Will this mean fewer jobs?
In small businesses it almost never does. What it removes is the part of someone's week they dislike most — the retyping, the chasing, the copying between systems — and gives that time back to work only a person can do.
What happens if the automation breaks?
We build alerting into every workflow, so a failure notifies us rather than silently doing nothing. On a support plan, fixing it is part of the service. We also document how each one works so you are never dependent on a black box.
How do we get a price?
Start with a free IT review. We look at what you have, agree what you actually need, and send a written quote at a fixed price. There is no charge for the review and no obligation afterwards.
Do we have to be on a support plan?
No. We take on individual projects for businesses that already have IT support elsewhere. Plenty of clients start with one project and move onto a plan later.
