What does it cost to switch to you?
Nothing. Moving from your current provider is part of taking you on — we handle the handover, gather the documentation and set everything up. You start paying the monthly fee once you are live with us.
How long is the contract?
Thirty days' notice, on every plan. We do not use twelve or thirty-six month lock-ins. If you are not happy, you should be able to leave, and we will hand over your documentation, licences and domains without a fight.
We are only a small team. Are we too small for you?
No. Our plans start at one user and we work with businesses from about five people upwards. Small teams are often the ones getting the least attention from their current provider.
Will we get the same person each time?
You get a named engineer who knows your setup, and a small team behind them who can pick things up when they are away. You will not explain your business from scratch every time you call.
How quickly do you respond?
Most support requests get a reply within the hour during business hours, and anything stopping someone working goes to the front of the queue. Complete Business customers get priority ahead of standard requests.
How does billing work?
One invoice a month through Xero, on the same date each month, for a price you agreed in advance. Recurring plans are billed monthly in advance; quoted project work is invoiced separately against the quote you approved.
